Nicholas Jenkins is the founder of Bayou Point Advisory, where he helps businesses turn operational complexity, messy data, and underused systems into clearer decisions and stronger financial outcomes.
He brings experience from Amazon, Nike’s Advanced Retail Analytics group, and Mu Sigma, a global decision sciences and analytics firm, along with consulting experience in the financial services industry. His work spans logistics, retail operations, consulting, process and quality improvement, analytics, data systems, and cross-functional program execution.
A Houston native who brought experience from the Pacific Northwest’s Silicon Forest technology ecosystem back home to Texas, Nicholas has worked across large-scale operational, analytical, and quality-focused environments in North America, Europe, and Asia. That experience gives him a practical view of how sophisticated organizations use data, systems, process discipline, and cross-functional execution to improve performance.
Nicholas takes an operator-first approach: identify what is not working, find the signal inside the data, and translate insight into actions that improve execution, margins, and management clarity.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business.
